Intelligent Battery Discharging Tester Instruction Manual
Discharge Host Test Procedure:
Step 1: Attach the individual voltage collector.
Step 2: Switch the discharge switch to the off position to avoid reverse connection of the discharge cable and prevent instrument damage.
Step 3: Connect one end of the discharge cable to the host and the other end to both terminals of the battery pack. Ensure the red wire connects to the positive terminal and the black wire to the negative. A reverse connection will trigger an alarm.
Step 4: Attach the full set of voltage test wires to terminal 2 of the battery pack.
Step 5: Plug in the power supply and activate the host.
Step 6: Input the discharge parameter settings.
Step 7: Switch the discharge switch to the on position.
Step 8: Click "Confirm" to initiate the test.
